All workmanship performed by CLP is guaranteed to reasonably perform during the said holiday season only (Until Jan 1st). Customers must make reasonable attempts to report unsatisfactory performance/lighting installation for standard maintenance. Maintenance is performed within 48 hours of contact. Maintenance performed after Jan 1st will be subject to a $35 charge plus any material cost unless the customer has paid for an extended season maintenance contract.


Any failure of lights due to an act of God, weather, vandalism, or performance of lights not purchased or leased from CLP may not be covered under “standard maintenance.” Any failure of icicle lights due to excessive winds or age will not be covered under standard maintenance. Non-covered maintenance will be charged $35 plus any materials cost.


CLP is not responsible for how your house is internally wired. CLP cannot guarantee that seasonal lighting will not overburden your home/business electrical system. CLP assumes that your house/business meets all US standard electrical codes and is wired for 120 volts.


Takedown is a free service with no cash value provided for all residential customers and is included unless we are notified in writing that no takedown is requested. No appointment is necessary for the takedown. This service will occur between January 2nd and Feb 15th, weather permitting. A $50 booking fee will be charged if you need a faster takedown date or a scheduled time. Unless otherwise noted split takedowns or takedowns after March 30th will be charged 20% of labor for the original invoice. UNLESS NOTED IN WRITING, ALL JOBS ARE TAKEN DOWN.


Full payment is due upon completion of installation. All discounts are null and void if full payment is not received within 30 days of installation.


All invoices not paid within 30 days of installation date will be subject to a $50 processing fee and a 3% finance charge for every month delinquent thereafter. All customers sent to collections will be charged a 40% collection fee. Payment in cash or check is acceptable; however, credit card acceptance is as a customer convenience only and will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.



Free storage is a service to all CLP customers and is only valid for one season. Due to storage limitations, garland, wreaths, and lawn motifs will not be stored for free. Any lights not installed the next season will not be stored for free. Arrangements can be made for customers to pick up lights during operating hours the following season or payment made for additional seasons storage. Any lights not picked up or storage fees paid will be cycled into used inventory. Past this point If a customer would like to pick up said lights customer will be provided similar lights to the ones purchased from used inventory. CLP will not store greenery or yard motifs.


Product Warranty

All LED products purchased from CLP will have a three-season warranty from the date of purchase. All incandescent products purchased from CLP will have a one-season warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is null and void if the customer chooses to have these lights installed by another company or person other than CLP. All warranties are null and void if the customer decides to leave decretive lights up longer than said season.


Photo Release

As the owner or authorized representative of the Property and by signing this invoice or making payment, unless verbally requested I give the CLP Photographer / Filmmaker and assigns my permission to create and use the Content depicting the Property in any Media, for any purpose (excluding defamation and/or pornography) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Content may be combined with other content, text, and graphics and cropped, altered, or modified. I agree that all rights to the Content belong to the Photographer / Filmmaker and/or Assigns. I agree that I have received Consideration for the rights granted in this release. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional Consideration or accounting and that I will make no further claim for any reason to CLP Photographer / Filmmaker and/or Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs if applicable, assigns or any person claiming an interest in the Property. I agree that this release is in-evocable, worldwide, and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws (excluding the law of conflicts) of the country/state from the following list that is nearest to the address of the owner or authorized representative given opposite: New York, Alberta, England, Australia, and New Zealand. It is agreed that my personal information will not be made publicly available but may only be used directly in relation to the licensing of the relevant Content where necessary (e.g. to defend claims, protect rights or notify trade unions) and may be retained as long as necessary to fulfill this purpose, including by being shared with sub-licensees / assignees of the Photographer / Filmmaker and transferred to countries with differing data protection and privacy laws where it may be stored, accessed and used. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age. I have the full legal capacity and right to execute this release and grant the rights herein granted with respect to the Property, and to bind all persons claiming an interest in the Property.
