PAYMENT POLICY

A pre-payment of $100 via credit card (CC) is required to book jobs under $1,500 with CLP. All jobs over $1,500 will need a 30% depost via check or bank transfer. All bookings not cancelled within 48 hours of appointment will not be refunded.

Payment for all work done by CLP is due upon completion of installation (NOT after takedown.) Payment is considered past due 7 days past completion of the job. If payment is not received within 7 days of completion of the job the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the job plus a 3% convenience fee.

Any invoices past due over 30 days will forfeit any discounts originally offered and a $40 late fee will be added. Each month further past due will result in an additional 3% finance charge plus any collection costs accrued.

As a small business we are unable to finance customers’ lights throughout the year. To keep our prices competitive, we must receive payments in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
