Is your seasonal work coming to an end? Our season is just about to begin- and we need to add to our team!

We are The Christmas Light Professionals. We have been in business for 33 years and have operations in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver, Colorado. We install holiday lighting for residential and commercial properties. Basically, we make the holidays look awesome.

Our season starts at the end of September and ends in mid-December. We love to work hard, but we also love to have fun. We are looking for people with the same can-do attitude- individuals who can get along in a team environment, handle the stress of a hectic workday, and enjoy the beauty of what we do. We need individuals who have no fear of heights, have the ability to work with their hands, and who love working outdoors.

Our average first-year installers who work the 11 weeks will walk with around 16-25k in their pocket and some great stories to share with friends and family. Our second-year installers do much better, averaging 25-35k. We have an optional four-week takedown season that starts on January 2nd and runs through February 1st (4 weeks). First-year installers who do both installs and takedown average 29-35k with bonuses. We have installers who have worked for us multiple years and take home over 50-70k working the full install and takedown period (about four and half months).

What is Salt Lake or Denver like in the fall? The temperature can vary wildly, with highs in the ’80s and lows in the 20s. But most days are filled with warmth and sunshine, and evenings are brisk with that feeling of fall. Snow usually visits early but doesn’t stay on the ground until mid-December. The mountains are vivid and in your face, especially if you love to get out and enjoy them on a day off. Skiing is the best in the country, but usually, that great base doesn’t build up until mid-December. Many individuals who have worked for us in the past have gone on and worked at the resorts the rest of the season. The timing couldn’t be more seamless since the resorts don’t ramp up until mid or late December and run through April.
